Baseball Grand Slam Club

GT Baseball has prided itself as one of the nation’s most respected programs. With 30 NCAA Tournament appearances, 9 ACC Championships, 3 trips to the College World Series and numerous Major League alumni, we strive to recruit the best and brightest student-athletes, to provide every scholarship and academic need and to deliver success on and off the field.

As a member of the Grand Slam Club, your support of these core values directly helps us fulfill this mission. Through annual giving toward our current operations and long-term philanthropy that leaves a legacy, our most loyal supporters have the opportunity to help us carry forward these core values.

The GT Baseball Grand Slam Club has set an annual fundraising goal of $60,000 to enhance our annual current operations and to maintain a championship caliber program. Last year, donations were used to secure items like a state-of-the-art pitching machine.

Some examples of how these funds could be used are in this giving year are:

  • Upgraded technology: Team computers & motion tracking technology
  • Replacement and updating of equipment: Batting cage screens & nets
  • Maintain GT Baseball family culture: Continue events honoring our alumni, seniors and community organizations
  • Unbudgeted program enhancements

Reaching this mark will ensure our ability to deliver a top-notch experience to all of our student-athletes. Your support will earn benefits unique to GT Baseball, and will provide the resources necessary to develop top student-athletes who compete at their highest potential during their time at Tech, delivering an experience second to none. Go Jackets!
